Jesse Eisenberg has filed a lawsuit against Lionsgate Entertainment and Grindstone Entertainment for allegedly trying to fraudulently capitalize on the The Social Network star’s fame, according to legal documents obtained by ET.
The court papers state that the low-budget horror movie Camp Hell has been advertised as a film starring Eisenberg even though he appears onscreen for “less than five minutes.”
According to the documents, Eisenberg originally agreed to play a cameo role in the picture “as a favor to friends” for “minimal compensation.”
“Eisenberg is bringing this lawsuit in order to warn his fans and public that, contrary to the manner in which the defendants are advertising the film, Eisenberg is not the star of and does not appear in a prominent role in Camp Hell, but instead has a cameo role in Camp Hell,” the papers state.
The suit asks for Lionsgate and Grindstone to compensate Eisenberg for damages of at least $3 million.
I was on the bus with my friend and there was this extremely geeky (albeit adorable) looking guy three rows in front of us, and a group of female chavs at the back. They were doing the usual idiotic thing: throwing spitballs at us, talking stupidly loudly on their phone…and then one of them bounded down the aisle and sat down next to the guy, all of her friends laughing.
I think to start with me and my friend found it a bit funny, because he was obviously blushing, but then we started to get a bit uncomfortable, like you would when you watch a tv show in which someone is getting humiliated.
She was throwing herself over him, trying to read his texts, basically laughing at him, and you could tell he was really embarrassed. Her friends were yelling stuff like “ASK FOR HIS NUMBER!” and she was saying to him “My friends thought you were so sexy when we got on the bus.” in a very sarcastic voice, basically implying that he was ugly, and then she started yelling ‘nerd’ at him, before finally smashing a kiss onto his and running off laughing.
They then continued to laugh loudly at the back and talk about him for another five minutes before she ran back and kissed him on the lips, roared with laughter and went back to her friends to make fun of him.
The reason I’m writing this is because, I’ve been in that kind of situation. When a bunch of chavvy guys gets on the bus and start making comments about me, I get really uncomfortable, almost scared, and I always avoid having to talk. It’s the same kind of thing, only the genders reversed, and I guess what I’m trying to get at is, girls can be just as bad as guys. If you saw that happen to a girl, you might even call it sexual harassment, but when it’s a guy it’s just ‘a joke’ and ‘funny’.

Is it worth getting a kindle? Like, none of the ‘it’s not a real book’ stuff, would I actually benefit from it? Are there sites you can get books for free from? Or would I be better off getting a bunch of smaller things for Xmas? Also, what should I put on my list?
